Wrestling characteristics
Wrestling is an individual sport in which, during a match, two wrestlers overcome mutual resistance of forces, force each other to disturb each other's stability, or push each other. It is actually a direct struggle between the two men, who do not use any tools to win over the opponent, but with simple and complex action of the arms, legs and whole body overcome the strength and dexterity of the opponent to achieve victory. The range of activities used in the fight for victory is relatively large and different in terms of quality. In essence, it is a constant connection of simple and complex activities, which, according to the wrestler's intention, are either offensive or defensive, or counter-offensive, used individually, in combination, complexly or in systems.
The basis of the whole wrestling technical activity on the mat is the most efficient use of the acquired grips. The wrestler acquires suitable technical activities, acquires them and improves them in sports training. In the whole process of adoption, on the one hand, there are complex technical activities, while each fighter specializes in those ties that suit him best.
The aim of the training is to obtain the maximum range of technical activities, their variations, combinations, defenses and counterattacks, so that the wrestler achieves the best possible result in his own technical and strength maturity. The rich arsenal of grip is the wrestler's biggest weapon: the larger their range, the more effectively it makes the opponent's defense more difficult. Acquired technical activities allow the wrestler in the match to create a complete series of consecutive touches, which act on the opponent according to his idea and immediate situation. The mentioned activity (tactics) is relevant for the wrestler only if he deals with the given possibility and if his own physical possibilities are directly proportional to the acquired technique.
